BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

RIP Randy "Macho Man" Savage

TMZ spoke with Randy's brother, Lanny Poffo, who tells us the wrestling legend suffered a heart attack while he was behind the wheel around 9:25 AM ... and lost control of his vehicle. Earlier this month, Savage celebrated his 1-year anniversary with his new wife Lynn. Savage was 58. Macho Man began wrestling in the WWF in 1985 and became a superstar with his trademark catchphrase "Ooooooh Yeaahhhhh." Savage was so popular, he became the spokesperson for Slim Jim in the mid '90s ... and became virtually synonymous with the brand. UPDATE : Florida Highway Patrol tells TMZ ... Savage was driving his 2009 Jeep Wrangler when he veered across a concrete median ... through oncoming traffic ... and "collided head-on with a tree." Savage was transported to Largo Medical center, where he died from his injuries. Savage's wife was a passenger in the vehicle during the collision -- but survived with "minor injuries." She was transported to a

Tom Cruise To Star In "Oblivion"

Tom Cruise has committed to star for Universal Pictures in Oblivion , the science fiction film that will be directed by Joseph Kosinski , who last helmed Tron: Legacy . Production will begin in October. Cruise had been loosely attached to the Radical Publishing graphic novel adaptation when Disney let it go and Universal committed to finance and distribute the $100 million film, which came with a William Monahan script that was being rewritten by Karl Gajdusek. Kosinski hatched the idea for the project and set it to be published by Barry Levine's graphic novel imprint as a calling card for a movie when Kosinski was busy for so long directing Tron: Legacy, which topped out at $400 million worldwide gross. Disney acquired the graphic novel in a heated auction last summer, and Universal was one of the studios that also chased it. It takes place in an apocalyptic future where most of the population lives in clouds above an earth surface that has been rendered uninhabitable. Cruise

Olivia Munn Lands A Role In Aaron Sorkin's New HBO Drama

Olivia Munn has found life after Perfect Couples' cancellation: the actress has joined the cast of Aaron Sorkin's cable news drama at HBO. The project, tentatively titled More as the Story Develops , revolves around Will ( Jeff Daniels ), the co-anchor of a cable news show who must contend with a new team after his fellow host lands a new gig and takes most of his staff with him. Munn will play Sloan, one of the "new breed" of sexy financial analysts with a show on Will's network. Daniels’ role was originally written as a fortysomething and marks his first regular series TV gig. I had the chance to  interview  Munn a few years ago and I gotta say she is one of the sexiest and friendliest person I have met. And hell she is a half breed like me and use to live in Japan the same time I did. Alan Poul (Six Feet Under) recently joined the drama project as an executive producer alongside Sorkin and Scott Rudin (The Social Network), and will direct episode

Looks like when it rains it pours. TMZ is reporting Schwarzenegger's animated project " Governator " is on a holding pattern. "In light of recent events, A Squared Entertainment, POW, Stan Lee Comics, and Archie Comics , have chosen to not go forward with the Governator project." The official announcement comes just a few hours after Schwarzenegger said he was putting all his future acting gigs in a holding pattern. The rep would not specify if the project is completely dead or just postponed until Arnold's personal issues blow over. One potential problem was the show's plot ... Arnold's character was supposed to fight crime with the help of his wife Maria and their four kids. Please Leave A Comment-

IPHONE 5 Or iPhone 4S Out To All Carries?

IPHONE 5 will be released in September to all carries. Will the phone be supported by  Sprint and  T-Mobile? . Finally! After some lukewarm news surrounding iPhone 5 and its release date, we get some of the juiciest information so far. Forbes published a report stating that “ iPhone 5 ″ is actually iPhone 4S and it will have an A5 chip, HSPA+ support! “According to industry checks, the device should be called iPhone 4S and include minor cosmetic changes, better cameras, A5 dual-core processor, and HSPA+ support”. That was the first group of rumors which is really nothing we haven’t heard or predicted before. However, this is more of a breaking news to me: But he also says that “industry checks indicate Apple will likely announce Sprint, T-Mobile, and China Mobile as new carriers.” From a business standpoint, the delay from Summer to Fall release gives Sprint and T-Mobile additional time to perfect their networks for the iOS arrival makes perfect sense. Can Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Over Come The 4th Curse?

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is crashing into theaters, and already has its work cut out for it: the last three films in the franchise were profitable, although the third got mixed reviews compared to the first two. But if history is any indication, On Stranger Tides has more to overcome: the fourth film in a sci-fi series has a long tradition of bombing, sometimes so hard that it blows up the entire franchise . Here are 7 "fourth films" that brought their franchises to a new low. Batman & Robin Before Christopher Nolan took Batman to lofty heights with his series reboot, Batman was the star of several successful movies in the late 20th century. Batman, Batman Returns, and Batman Forever were received well both critically and at the box office, it was a no-brainer for Warner Bros. to commission a fourth film. Joel Schumacher was selected as director for his excellent work in Batman Forever. So everything looked like it was going smoothly. Warner Bro
