The A-Team Official Trailer For The Film The first official trailer for the upcoming movie The A-Team has been released, and we have it. As a kid growing up in the 80's this was one of my favorite television show on air. Dam I am getting old they are making a movie of one of the shows I grew up on. Whats next? A Who's the boss movie. From the preview you can get a feeling of the old TV show when you just hear the music in the back ground and how the characters are portated in the preview. Yes I know Quinton "Rampage" Jackson is no Mr. T but who is the man is one of a kind. A group of Iraq War veterans looks to clear their name with the U.S. military, who suspect the four men of committing a crime for which they were framed. Daybreakers Movie Review By: Sandwichjohn

Daybreakers Movie Review By:Sandwichjohn Move over Edward Cullen there is a new Edward in town and his name is Edward Dalton. Played by Ethan Hawke, Edward is the main character of the latest vampire movie, Daybreakers . It is 2019 and a virus that emerged 10 years ago has turned most of the population into vampires. The vampires have been farming humans for their blood and the supply has run low. The search is on for a blood substitute and Edward is leading that search. Edward is a conflicted vampire. You find out that he never wanted to become a vampire and avoids feeding on human blood. He has an accidental meeting a group of human survivors which leads to an important discovery. One of these humans, played by Willem Dafoe, has an interesting story to tell. I enjoyed the movie. I am not a big fan of gore and it was gory in some parts but it fit with the storyline and wasn’t too extreme. It reminded me of I Am Legend in a way, both movies have a virus which turns humans into

Hughes Brothers Turned Down Pirates of the Caribbean & Lone Ranger

Hughes Brothers Turned Down Pirates of the Caribbean & Lone Ranger What a mistake, in my opinion I guess if the shoe doesn't fit don't wear it. The brothers haven't had a hit since Menace To Society and Dead Presidents but I do have my fingers crossed with their up coming film The Book Of Eli. Nearly a decade passed between films for Albert and Allen Hughes—2001's "From Hell" to next week's "Book of Eli"—but don't think for a second the twin brothers weren't busy. They pursued a bunch of different Hollywood projects, and were pursued for many more. Two such films, as MTV News has exclusively learned, were mammoth Disney productions. The Hughes brothers were approached to direct both "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" and "The Lone Ranger." Once Gore Verbinksi dropped out of the "Pirates" franchise in April after directing the first three films and before Rob Marshall signed on, the Hughes broth

Marvel Sues To Keep Rights To Super Heroes

Marvel Sues To Keep Rights To Super Heroes Marvel is suing to keep the rights to superheroes including Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four and X-Men. The federal lawsuit filed Friday in Manhattan asks a judge to invalidate notices sent by the heirs of artist Jack Kirby to try to terminate Marvel's copyrights. The heirs sent notified several companies last year that the rights to the characters would revert from Marvel to Kirby's estate. The lawsuit says Kirby's work on the comics were "for hire" and render the heirs' claims invalid. Comic book characters such as Spider-Man and the X-Men have become some of Hollywood's most bankable properties in recent years. Marc Toberoff, an attorney for the Kirby heirs, said he hadn't seen the lawsuit and had no immediate comment. Please Leave A Comment- Source- THR

Tobey Maguire Upbeat About Spider-Man 4

Tobey Maguire Upbeat About Spider-Man 4 Tobey Maguire doesn't think "Spider-Man 4" has become a tangled mess. The 34-year-old star of the web-slinging superhero franchise said preproduction snags aren't dampening his mood about the fourth installment. The next "Spider-Man" film had been scheduled to swing into theaters May 6, 2011, but that seems unlikely now that "Thor," another big-screen Marvel superhero adaptation, has hammered out the same release date. "Like anything, it's a process," Maguire said Thursday. "We're just in the midst of the process. We have a lot of great stuff in terms of story and script. We're just trying to dial it in and get it ready as quickly as possible. Of course, these movies are a very big undertaking and take a lot more time than a drama or something more straightforward." Marvel Studios spokesman Paul Pflug declined comment on reports that production had stalled amid script revisions

Bill Paxton Wants A Twister Sequel

Bill Paxton Wants A Twister Sequel In an interview with Bullz-Eye in conjunction with the season premiere of HBO’s “Big Love” (Sunday, Dec. 10th), Bill Paxton revealed that one of the items on his to-do list is a sequel to his 1996 blockbuster, “Twister.” “I’ve had a meeting at the studio with Kathleen Kennedy about it,” Paxton said, whose inspiration for a sequel came as a result of a trip that he took to the Ozark Mountains last spring. “I flew into St. Louis with my buddy Scott Thomson, who played Preacher in ‘Twister,’ and we rented a car and drove down to southeastern Missouri, into the Ozarks,” said Paxton. “We spent the night, and the next morning we got up and we started tracking the trail of the most famous tornado that ever hit the country, which was the Tri-State Tornado of 1925. It still holds all of the records. It was called the Tri-State because it was a mile wide when it came down from the sky on the afternoon of March 16, 1925, and it was a rural area, but, boy, before

Ghost Rider 2: Spirt Of Vengeance Update

GHOST RIDER 2: SPIRIT OF VENGEANCE Update. As you can tell by looking over his resume, De Luca has produced over 50 films and he’s got tons of projects in development. While I’ll be posting updates on Metal Gear Solid, Butter, Fright Night, Dracula Year Zero and tons of other things in the coming days, tonight is all about Ghost Rider 2. For those who don’t know, the sequel to Ghost Rider is moving ahead full steam with a script by David Goyer. According to De Luca, “We have an outline that David wrote that kind of adapts his 2001 script into today’s times with incorporating kind of an original idea of Nic’s.” We talked about whether or not Mark Steven Johnson will be back directing and if Eva Mendes would return as Roxanne Simpson. Oh, and he told me the tentative title is Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. So much more after the jump: Here’s the thing, if you’re a fan of Ghost Rider, the interview you’re about to read should make you extremely excited for a sequel. Everything De L

"The Book of Eli" Hidden Easter Eggs In The Film

"The Book of Eli" Hidden Easter Eggs In The Film Denzel Washington's upcoming post-apocalyptic sci-fi movie The Book of Eli knows it's only the latest in a long, venerable line of similarly themed movies, and it actually pays homage to them with easter eggs. Brother directors Allen and Albert Hughes slipped references to post-apocalyptic films and other classics into Eli ( spoilers ahead! ). An example: When Eli (Denzel Washington) spends the night in Carnegie's (Gary Oldman) town, check the wall for a movie poster: It's from A Boy and His Dog , the 1975 apocalyptic movie that starred Don Johnson. Albert Hughes admitted the homage was not in the original screenplay. "That was us," Albert said in an exclusive interview last month in Beverly Hills, Calif. "We put it in." There's another wink to the famous movie in Eli, Albert added: "Also, one of the snipers on the rooftop in the shootout had the exact gun from Boy and His Dog. That&

District 9 Prequel To Be The Sequel. Confused Yet?

District 9 Prequel To Be The Sequel. Confused Yet? This week, he elaborated a bit on his plans for a follow-up—which might be a prequel instead, but definitely not a TV show—to the Los Angeles Times' Hero Complex blog: "A television show I wouldn't really want to do. That would be...well, I just don't want to do that. But a sequel might be interesting. I know what I'm doing next so it wouldn't be right away. But the concept of aliens in Johannesburg is such an appealing idea to me and the issues of race and how they meet. All of the things that I had going on with it. I wouldn't mind messing around with it again. I'm open to it if the story works and there's a reason to do it. And [Sharlto Copley's character] Wikus is so funny to me, I'm very interested in a sort of passive racist like that. If you go forward [with his story beyond "District 9"] it's more of a traditional film but if you go backward I'd be intrigued in
