BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Futurama voice actors are going to keep their Jobs.

Futurama voice actors are going to keep their Jobs. It looks like the voice actors are going to keep their Job after all. Futurama star Maurice LaMarche, who voices a number of roles on the show—I counted 126 of them on IMDB.com, including Kif Kroker—confirms that that the original cast will back when the show is resurrected in 2010. "Officially, my deal is done," LaMarche said Friday in an exclusive interview with SCI FI Wire. "While I can't speak for the rest of the cast, I see no reason not to expect all the others will do the same by day's end." LaMarche's comments confirm a report in the Toronto Star. The newspaper reports that the entire voice cast has just signed a new contract with Fox after weeks of intense salary negotiations: As late as last week, the network was threatening to replace the original voices of Matt Groening's cult-hit cartoon, to the point of actually announcing a casting call for

Hulk's Edward Norton Keeps Quiet about reprising his role in Avengers

Hulk's Edward Norton Keeps Quiet about reprising his role in Avengers. With The Avengers gearing up while three Marvel character films— Iron Man 2, Thor and The First Avenger: Captain America —are in the works, Marvel Studios president of production Kevin Feige didn't even know if the Incredible Hulk would be part of the ultimate team-up. Edward Norton played Bruce Banner in the reboot, The Incredible Hulk, , and the actor gave a careful "no comment" when asked if he would reprise the role in The Avengers . "I probably won't comment on that just because they keep a pretty tight rein on what they are letting out," Norton said in a group interview today in Pasadena, Calif., where he was promoting the documentary By the People: The Election of Barack Obama as part of the Television Critics Association summer press tour. Deferring to Marvel suggests a

Is Rob Marshall skipper the next Pirates movie?

Is Rob Marshall skipper the next Pirates movie? Will Rob Marshall step in for Gore Verbinski directing the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie? That's the report on Variety , which adds that Johnny Depp will return as Captain Jack Sparrow and that production is on track for a 2010 production start: There hasn't been a director at the helm of the pirate ship since April, when Gore Verbinski stepped out to focus on a movie version of the video game Bioshock for Universal. ... Though that film's lost some momentum, Verbinski has moved on to other directing and producing projects. ... Producer Jerry Bruckheimer and Disney have been meeting with a number of directors in recent weeks, because the studio wants to pull the Pirates film together and have Depp star in it before he does The Lone Ranger for the producer and the studio. While Marshall's involvement wasn't immediately confirmed, sources said things look good enough that the studio has begun casting new ch

Is there an Alien Prequel in the Works with Ridely Scott Directing?

Is there an Alien Prequel in the Works with Ridley Scott coming back? I sure hope so. With the last movie they put out under this franchise,it was done so bad. With this being a prequel, Where does Sigourney Weaver's Charter of Ripley fit in? If she does at all? Time will only tell. Twentieth Century Fox is resuscitating its "Alien" franchise. The studio has hired Jon Spaihts to write a prequel that has Ridley Scott attached to return as director. Spaihts got the job after pitching the studio and Scott Free, which will produce the film. The film is set up to be a prequel to the groundbreaking 1979 film that Scott directed. It will precede that film, in which the crew of a commercial towing ship returning to Earth is awakened and sent to respond to a distress signal from a nearby planetoid. The crew discovers too late that the signal generated by an empty ship was meant to warn them. The deal gives Fox another chance to keep the "Alien" franchise alive. There wer

Is this the First images of Volturi clan From Twilight New Moon?Spoiler Alert

Latino Review has posted what appear to be leaked images of the Volturi, the aristocratic clan of vampires, as depicted in Chris Weitz's upcoming The Twilight Saga: New Moon, after the jump. The Volturi are the equivalent of a royal family to vampires. They operate from the city of Volterra, Italy. The Volturi have existed for at least three thousand years, if not more. They are the largest coven in existance, followed by Carlisle's family and Tanya's. However, they do not follow a "vegetarian" diet, as seen in New Moon, in which they capture and murder several humans in a carefully planned "meal". They are considered the de facto royal family of vampires, as they are the largest and most influential coven in existence . The Volturi deal swiftly and decisively with anything they consider a threat to their city, or the vampire world. They destroy anyone who attempts to overthrow them, or resist their authority and, at Caius' insistence, have hunted w

The government decides to relocate them to a better refuge camp and go in to evict the aliens from District 9. Basically all hell breaks loose with our main character caught up in the struggle between the aliens and humans. The movie is being produced by Peter Jackson, directed by Neill Blomkamp, and is starring Sharlto Copley. Blomkamp was Jackson ’s choice to direct the Halo movie that never ended up happening. Blomkamp grew up in South Africa and decided that he wanted his childhood friend to star in the movie. It looks like he made an excellent choice. Copley does a great job as a government worker thrown into a nightmare. Preview of the movie.
