THR is reporting Rosario Dawson will be a member of the Bat-family in Lego Batman, Warner Bros.' spinoff of The Lego Movie. Will Arnett is reprising the Caped Crusader role he originated in Lego Movie. Michael Cera is voicing the hero’s sidekick, Robin, while Zach Galifianakis is in negotiations to play the Joker. Dawson will voice Barbara Gordon, the daughter of police commissioner James Gordon who later becomes the crime-fighting heroine Batgirl. Chris McKay, the animation supervisor on Lego Movie, is directing the project, which has a script written by author-screenwriter Seth Grahame-Smith. The mask he's wearing seems to have all the elements of what we've seen in the comics. Turtles 2 stars Megan Fox, Brian Tee, Alessandra Ambrosio, William Fichtner, Will Arnett , and Tyler Perry . Variety is reporting that Stephen Amell has been tapped to play Casey Jones in “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2″ for Paramount and Platinum Dunes. Megan Fox is set to return as April O’Neil. Will Arnett is also returning. David Green is directing the pic. Plot details and information on other returning cast members are still unknown. A loner who becomes an ally of the turtles and a love interest for O’Neil, Jones is a fan favorite of the series going back to when Elias Koteas played him in the 1990 New Line pic. Michael Bay is producing along with his Platinum Dunes partners Brad Fuller and Andrew Form. Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec are penning the script.
