Sam Raimi Attached To A Sci-Fi Wyatt Earp Film Just in time for Comic-Con, Sam Raimi is attached to helm and produce a pic based on graphic novel " Earp: Saints for Sinners " for DreamWorks, Radical Studios, Mandeville and Raimi's Star Road Entertainment. " Earp: Saints for Sinners " is a modern-day re-imagining of Western hero Wyatt Earp fighting outlaws in a ravaged society where the only boomtown left is Las Vegas. " Earp " was created by Matt Cirulnick and Mandeville Films' David Manpearl, and written by Cirulnick and Zachary Sherman. “Tron Legacy” To Get A Sequel The film isn't even out until December of this year, but we got word that Disney already is putting a sequel on fast track. Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, the “Lost” writers/co-executive producers who worked on “Legacy,” have begun writing a sequel to the studio’s sci-fi tentpole. No details have been released because it is so early in the process. Notwithstanding the question of whether the movie will be a hit, other topics to ponder are whether the sequel will focus on spinoff characters or center on a new adventure set in the “Tron” world. Insiders have suggested that Kitsis and Horowitz are working on a way to round the story into a trilogy. No deals have been made with “Legacy” director Joseph Kosinski or cast members to return, though options were placed in the original deals, and Disney surely would hope to reunite all the elements if “Legacy” proves to be a hit. Encom Press Conference At Wonder Con This was the event that I went down on Friday to Wonder Con for.  The sole purpose of my trip that day was to experience this event first hand and not have to read about it somewhere else. We all knew that the Newly-minted Executive Consultant Alan Bradley was going to introduce the latest addition to the Encom International product library on April 2 in San Francisco. But before that there was a secret meeting by the group that runs Flynn Lives which I attended.  They explained how they were going to over take the press conference and demanded that Encom re-instate the search for Kevin Flynn. During the press conference Alan Bradley came out to a crowd of cheering fans, he also brought out Lora Baines, who you all should now from the original Tron film is played by Cindy Morgan. Secret Flynn Lives Meeting On Friday Night It is only two days away from Encomn International Press Conference At Wonder Con, the event will be held by Alan Bradley at Justin Herman Plaza this Friday night at 8PM. Original Tron Trailer Updated And Is Amazing This is just amazing, this guy should be working in Hollywood in some capacity.  Here is an incredible fan made trailer for the 1982 Tron film.  Maybe this trailer will help some of the people out there that are still on the fence about the original  film and the sequel.
