Set in the Highlands of Scotland, Brave tells the story of the headstrong Princess Merida (voiced by Kelly Macdonald ) who rejects her traditional role (marriage, baking, wee'uns) in favour of a more perilous route (adventure, battle, bears). Walt Disney Studios has provided us with its annual film preview for 2012 and, taking our cue from Gaston from Beauty and the Beast 3D (how’s that for a segue?), we can only make sense of reading material by the pictures. That said, while most of the imagery found in the preview has already been released. The announcement follows the blockbuster success of the 3D version of " The Lion King ," which today jumps the $80 million mark domestically.
