Martin Scorsese's HUGO International Trailer

It's a Martin Scorsese 3D family film! Sure, that might seem like one of the less likely sentences ever written, but that was before Hugo, which sees the cinephile director adapt Brian Selznick's delightful (and cinema-loving) children's book The Invention Of Hugo Cabret for the big screen. And here's the new international trailer. The film stars Chloe Moretz, Asa Butterfield, Sacha Baron Cohen, Ben Kingsley, Jude Law, Michael Pitt, Emily Mortimer, Christopher Lee, Helen McCrory, Ray Winstone, Richard Griffiths, Michael Stuhlbarg and Frances de la Tour. We've already had one trailer, of course, but this new one offers a few new tidbits from the film, and the sight of Scorsese himself discussing his plans. From what we can see here, we feel confident in saying that it's going to look breathtaking and that Sacha Baron Cohen is going to have a close encounter with a cake. Al Pacino And Joe Pesci To Star In The Irishman

Forget About It. What A Combo It's Goodfellas meets Casino meets Heat. So if you're a fan of those great crime movies, get ready: I'm told Al Pacino and Joe Pesci are now circling The Irishman , the mob drama that Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro have been working on together based on the exploits of mob hitman Frank "The Irishman" Sheeran as chronicled in the book I Heard You Paint Houses . The pic's being developed at Paramount by De Niro and Jane Rosenthal's Tribeca Productions. Pacino has worked with De Niro in the Michael Mann-directed classic Heat, as well as Righteous Kill. Pesci and De Niro of course teamed with Scorsese on Goodfellas, Casino and Raging Bull. Steve Zaillian wrote the script. Please Leave A Comment-   Source- Deadline

Shutter Island Movie Review By: Windy

Shutter Island Movie Review By: Windy Another review by Windy ,make sure to stop by and say Hello to her . I am so glad she is on my team. Shutter Island, directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Michele Williams and Ben Kingsly, is the story of a Federal Marshall, Teddy Daniels (DiCaprio), sent to a mental institution to investigate the disappearance of a patient. However, as we get deeper into the film, we learn Daniels has alternate motives for visiting the island. Having fought in World War II, rescued prisoners from Dachau Concentration Camp and lived through the loss of his wife, Daniels is a person who is more troubled on the inside than he realizes. DiCaprio sinks his teeth into this role and loses himself in his character. This is one of the few films where I forgot I was watching DiCaprio and instead focused on the character. Every aspect of Daniels is well executed – from his mannerisms to his display of emotion, including loss, confusio

De Niro And Scorsese Teaming Up Again

De Niro And Scorsese Teaming Up Again The 67-year-old movie maker was at the Berlin film festival for the premiere Saturday of his latest picture "Shutter Island," his fourth collaboration with Leonardo DiCaprio. "Bob De Niro (and I) are talking about something that has to do with that world," Scorsese told reporters after a press screening of Shutter Island, where the audience reaction was decidedly muted. "There's no doubt about that. We're working on something like that, but it's from the vantage point of older men looking back, none of this running around stuff." Rumors that Scorsese may be reviving one of film's most successful collaborations have been rife for years, as fans look back with nostalgia to classics such as "Raging Bull," "Taxi Driver" and "Cape Fear." The Hollywood heavyweights last worked together on "Casino" in 1995. Please Leave A Comment- Source- reuters
