Oscar nominee Julianne Moore has landed the starring role of Sarah Palin in HBO’s adaptation of the bestselling book Game Change . Moore (Boogie Nights, Eagle Eye) will take the sure-to-be-buzzed-about role of the Alaska Governor and vice presidential nominee in the HBO film. Game Change is directed by Jay Roach and written by Danny Strong, who previously teamed for HBO’s docudrama on the 2000 election drama, Recount. HBO has released the very first True Blood season-four teaser trailer (when we call it a teaser, we MEAN it), and that has us strangely excited—which makes us think it must be a spell. After all, the 27-second spot does warn us that it must be the season of the witch! Pee-wee To Make His Return Home On Tuesday HBO said it would shoot the Broadway production of “The Pee-wee Herman Show,” which stars Paul Reubens as that impish man-child of its title, for a special to be shown next year. Pee-wee historians – and you know who you are – may recall that HBO previously broadcast a “Pee-wee Herman Show” special in 1981, taped at the Roxy Theater in Los Angeles. That show, which Mr. Reubens and his colleagues at the Groundlings comedy theater began performing in 1980, would go on to form the basis of the “Pee-wee Herman Show” currently being presented at the Stephen Sondheim Theater on Broadway. HBO said it would tape its new “Pee-wee” special immediately after the show’s Broadway run ends on Jan. 2; a broadcast date wasn’t announced. Trent Reznor & HBO Developing Sci-Fi Series "Year Zero" Trent Reznor says HBO and BBC Worldwide Productions are moving forward with the development of “ Year Zero ,” the grim sci-fi epic that Reznor has chronicled in his music as well as in a celebrated Alternate Reality Game (ARG). “We are in [the development phase of] pre-production with HBO and BBC [Worldwide Productions] to do a miniseries,” Reznor said Monday. “It’s exciting. I probably shouldn’t say too much about it except that I understand that there’s a thousand hurdles before anything shows up in your TV listing. Eastbound And Down Season 2 Trailer Here's the official season two trailer for HBO's " Eastbound & Down ." Season one struggled to break through in the ratings while gathering a pretty rabid online fanbase. This upcoming season will be seven episodes long. Actor Steve Little and Deep Roy , who has joined the cast as one of Kenny's new sidekicks named Aaron. Shaun Bavington is to play Shaun Withnail, though the characters role has not been announced. The Mexican baseball team owned by Pena's character Sebastian Cisneros is said to be called The Charros and coached by a man named Roger played by actor Marco Rodriguez . Co-director Jody Hill has reportedly described the season as "a cross between the films Amores Perros and Bad News Bears" and says it will mirror the look and feel of a feature film. Comic-Con 2010 Panels Are Here Only a month away til the party of all parties Comic-Con 2010 and Team Sandwich couldn't be more excited for  a week full of waiting in lines to watch panels, interview cast and crews and the best part waiting in line to purchase your Comic-Con Exclusive items.  Doesn't that sound like fun?  And if  it does make sure you come by and say " Konichiwa " to the Sandwich crew, we will be there all week. It was announced by IGN that Frank Darabont's Walking Dead TV Series will have a panel on Friday, July 23rd 11:30am-12:30pm. Seat42f is reporting that Mythbusters Panel will take place on Saturday, July 24th in Room 6BCF, and it will be the first time all five Mythbusters will be at Comic-Con. Ruben Fleischer To Direct Danny McBride In 30 Minutes Or Less Ruben Fleischer the director behind Zombieland got his eye on directing 30 Minutes Or Less starring Danny McBride from the HBO's hit Eastbound and Down and such films as Tropic Thunder and Pineapple Express. Sony Pictures Entertainment is acquiring distribution rights on the movie, This puts Fleischer back into business with Columbia Pictures and co-prexy Matt Tolmach, who was heavily involved in Zombieland and the sequel they are developing. Matthew Sullivan and  Michael Diliberti wrote 30 Minutes Or Less. Reports that picked up my original break note the script made the Black List and is about a pizza guy on a caper. The Sopranos David Chase Making A Rockband After two years David Chase is going to make his return to Hollywood. He is coming up from behind the fade to black ending for HBO's The Sopranos. Deadline has learned that Mr. Chase will be making a feature film and it will have nothing to do with Tony Soprano (Sorry guys,) but it will be a drama which will be music driven and a coming of age sage for Paramount. Story will evolve around a bunch of guys who form a rock band in 1960. David chase wrote the untitled script himself and they are hoping for a summer/late fall start date for the film. 'Flight of the Conchords' Will Fly No More After months of speculation, the quirky HBO comedy series' co-creators Bret McKenzie, Jemaine Clement and James Bobin broke the news on their Web site. "We've noticed the less we say about the future of the show, the more people want to talk about it, so in an effort to reverse this trend we are today announcing that we won't be returning for a third season," they wrote. "We're very proud of the two seasons we made, and we like the way the show ended." Weaving story line and original songs, combined with the fact that the trio continues to reside in their native New Zealand, makes "Conchords" difficult to produce, prompting speculation over the past few months that McKenzie, Clement and Bobin would not return for a third season. True Blood Gives Eric's Sidekick A Meatier Role From Barfly To Lesbian Relationship Eric's sidekick Pam on "True Blood" is getting a promotion. Kristin Bauer, who plays blonde vampire Pam, Eric's (Alexander Skarsgard) wingwoman at vampire bar Fangtasia, has been promoted to a regular on the HBO series. Bauer had guest starred on Alan Ball's vampire drama for the first two seasons, appearing in a total of 11 episodes. Ball recently hinted that may have a meaty story line in store for Pam for Season 3 when she may get into a lesbian relationship. "Entourage" Heading To The Big Screen Two more seasons of HBO's "Entourage" and then a movie? That seems to be the plan, according to the show's executive producer Mark Wahlberg. Asked about the future of the comedy series, which recently was picked up for a seventh cycle coming off one of its strongest seasons, Wahlberg indicated that he believes there are two more seasons left in the show. "We'll see; there could be more," he said at the premiere of his latest film, "The Lovely Bones." "But then, a movie." HBO seems on board with the idea. "It is not out of the realm of possibility," an HBO spokeswoman said about the prospect of an "Entourage" movie. "Right now, the creators are concentrating on the new season."
