Giá bán condotel trên thị trường sơ cấp dao động trong ngưỡng 2.100 - 4.800 USD mỗi m2. Riêng phân hộ cao cấp, tỷ lệ hấp thụ lên đến 94% và giá chào bán bình quân vào khoảng 2.500 USD mỗi m2.

Thanh khoản và giá trị tăng mạnh chứng tỏ tác động tích cực từ cú hích của thị trường du lịch nghỉ dưỡng và làn sóng đầu tư dọc theo các tỉnh ven biển. Theo Savills, xu hướng gia tăng nguồn cung phòng khách sạn là động thái bắt nhịp linh hoạt với đà tăng trưởng khách du lịch tích cực nhất trong vòng một thập niên qua.

Các chuyên gia bất động sản cho rằng bài toán đặt ra cho chủ đầu tư các dự án tại Hội An là phải tạo ra không gian nghỉ dưỡng đẳng cấp, đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn và tiện ích 5 sao những vẫn ghi đậm dấu ấn văn hoá. Để giải quyết vấn đề này, Tập đoàn Bamboo Capital (BCG) hợp tác đơn vị tư vấn Landscape Solution Service (LSS) mang đến giải pháp cảnh quan tối ưu cho dự án Radisson Blu Hội An.

Winona Ryder- An "Alienation" Expert? We're halfway checked out for the holiday weekend, so let's end with bit of comedy. A litigious videogame player is calling Winona Ryder to testify as an expert in "alienation." Erik Estavillo has filed a $1 million lawsuit in California Superior Court against Activision Blizzard, publisher of "World of Warcraft," saying it "maintain(s) a harmful virtual environment to many of its customers by forcing them to follow the game's sneaky and deceitful practices." The plaintiff says he suffers from several mental health problems brought on by WoW's "alienating" features, such as forcing beginners to walk or run to get from one point to another instead of speedier options available to those who master the game or buy an expansion pack.
