You Were Never Really Here premiered at the 70th Cannes Film Festival in competition, where Lynne Ramsay won the Best Screenplay award and Joaquin Phoenix won the award for Best Actor. Acclaimed director Lynne Ramsay returned to the 2018 Sundance Film Festival with the film’s American debut.

Amazon Studios will release YOU WERE NEVER REALLY HERE in select theaters April 6, 2018
