You're never too old to grow up. Claire Danes and James Marsden star in AS COOL AS I AM, the coming of age story for both Lucy, a young girl caught in small town America, and her parents whose developments were arrested as teenagers due to an unplanned child and marriage. The film is now available to watch in select theaters as well as cable VOD, SundanceNow, and other digital outlets.

Sarah Bolger (The Moth Diaries) gives a memorable performance as Lucy, navigating both her personal relationships and that of her parents, as she realizes her own dreams of a bigger life.

AS COOL AS I AM is a coming of age story about a smart, young girl caught in small town America. Dreaming of a bigger life, Lucy (Sarah Bolger) is subjected to her parents’ Lainee (Claire Danes) and Chuck (James Marsden) disintegrating marriage. Finding it tough to navigate her own relationships, Lucy not only confides in, but relies on best-friend, Kenny (Thomas Mann), for emotional and physical support. Ultimately, she finds hope and her dreams are within reach.
