Rosamund Pike will play a local defense attorney who collaborates with Reacher.
David Oyelowo will play a veteran homicide detective
Richard Jenkins plays the district attorney who prosecutes the sniper.11
The screenplay was penned by Christopher McQuarrie who scripted Valkyrie for Cruise. McQuarrie is also set to direct this project.
Robert Duvall’s character is currently unspecified but described as a small role but significant to Reacher’s storyline11
Jai Courtney plays a highly trained sniper who is motivated to stop Reacher (Cruise)
Werner Herzog plays an ex-prisoner of war named The Zec, who arranges and stages the killing and is the head of the conspiracy.
