JACK REACHER Trailer Is Here. And He Has Nothing To Lose

My man Tom Cruise is back in action in the trailer for JACK REACHER.

JACK REACHER based on ONE SHOT (based on Lee Child‘s novel) adaptation starring Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher. Rosamund Pike will play a local defense attorney who collaborates with Reacher. David Oyelowo will play a veteran homicide detective Richard Jenkins plays the district attorney who prosecutes the sniper.11

The screenplay was penned by Christopher McQuarrie who scripted Valkyrie for Cruise. McQuarrie is also set to direct this project.

Robert Duvall’s character is currently unspecified but described as a small role but significant to Reacher’s storyline11 Jai Courtney plays a highly trained sniper who is motivated to stop Reacher (Cruise) Werner Herzog plays an ex-prisoner of war named The Zec, who arranges and stages the killing and is the head of the conspiracy.

Winona Ryder- An "Alienation" Expert? We're halfway checked out for the holiday weekend, so let's end with bit of comedy. A litigious videogame player is calling Winona Ryder to testify as an expert in "alienation." Erik Estavillo has filed a $1 million lawsuit in California Superior Court against Activision Blizzard, publisher of "World of Warcraft," saying it "maintain(s) a harmful virtual environment to many of its customers by forcing them to follow the game's sneaky and deceitful practices." The plaintiff says he suffers from several mental health problems brought on by WoW's "alienating" features, such as forcing beginners to walk or run to get from one point to another instead of speedier options available to those who master the game or buy an expansion pack.
