"Pumping Iron" by ArnoCorps - New Song Lyrics Revealed!

Initially, one might perceive ArnoCorps as merely a group of five highly trained militant Austrian action-rock heroes. Big mistake. The motivation behind the band is far too complex to be defined by such superficial characteristics. Inspired by the ancient heroic lore and mythology of the Austrian Alpine communities, the content of ArnoCorps music carries on their homeland's sacred tradition of telling stories of great deeds and fantastic adventures through song. As such, the band has been singularly responsible for restoring integrity to the many Austrian tales that have been bastardized for cinematic exploitation throughout their lifetimes.

ArnoCorps Advices Episode 2.5-

Find out who is the best,
I've not been beaten for the last seven years!
Milk is for babies,
When you grow up you have to drink beer!
Go through the pain,
This is what makes the muscle grow!
Don't hide away,
Look where you point, when you pose!

Read all the lyric's after the Jump...

The most satisfying feeling
you can get in the gym is The Pump
It's as satisfying to me as coming is!
So I am coming day and night
Yeah, that's goddamn right
Sculpting muscularity
Proportion & symmetry!

Come on! Get serious! TWO MORE! TWO MORE!
Come on! Get serious! TWO MORE! TWO MORE!
Power it up, bring it down - that's right, I'm not fucking around!
Come on! Get serious! TWO MORE! TWO...
MORE!!!

The king of the hill,
He's not as hungry but I don't care!
He can stay up,
When he wants food, it is there!
The day of the contest,
Forget about what being nice is!
It's not hard for me,
To give a child the wrong advices!

Blood's rushing into your muscles
and that's what we call The Pump
it's like somebody blowing air into it!
And the feeling is really tight
Yeah, that's goddamn right
Sculpting muscularity
Proportion & symmetry!

Come on! Get serious! TWO MORE! TWO MORE!
Come on! Get serious! TWO MORE! TWO MORE!
Power it up, bring it down, that's right, I'm not fucking around!
Come on! Get serious! TWO MORE! TWO MORE!

Spoken:
"Everything fits together now, and all I have to do is get my posing routine down more perfect, which is almost impossible to do, you know. It's perfect already."

Come on! Get serious! TWO MORE! TWO MORE!
Come on! Get serious! TWO MORE! TWO MORE!
Power it up, bring it down, that's right, I'm not fucking around!
Come on! Get serious! TWO MORE! ONE MORE!

ArnoCorps' explosive live performance doesn't depend on pyrotechnics or lighting effects to create excitement. The band's pure physicality has qualified them to be featured in SF's World's Deadliest Bands annual showcase two years running. Still, there is no need to fear ArnoCorps. They are a rescue team, not assassins. ArnoCorps performances have evolved to the point where attendees are no longer merely observers, but willing participants in a life-changing event. Many audience members claim to leave with increased muscle mass, a better understanding of life's mysteries and feeling like "goddamn heroes."

After the release of their album "The Greatest Band Of All Time" on Great Britain's Anticulture Records, ArnoCorps conducted a headline tour of the UK and Ireland in 2006, amassing much critical acclaim, including a perfect 10 out of 10 rating from the BBC.

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...

Movie Review: #Vacation

Vacation makes me want to take a STAY-cation. Review by Matt Cummings It's not too often that a movie makes me wish film never existed, yet her I am ready to give the newest Vacation all the hate it deserves. And hate on it I will. Grown-up Rusty (Ed Helms) is stuck in a dull marriage to Debbie (Christina Applegate), who's been forced year after year to spend vacation with her family at a cabin in Michigan. When the overly optimistic Rusty realizes his family needs a change, he packs them up for a trip to Walley World, the site of his greatest trip as a teen. But soon, his family begins to encounter difficulties and flat-out disasters that could end their road trip and return Rusty's marriage back to square one. It might surprise our readers to know that someone from our team actually considered walking out of Vacation , and we get to see these films for free. That's how bad our experience became as we sat mesmerized by its 99 minutes of ineptit...
