Hugo is an upcoming 3D adventure drama film based on Brian Selznick's novel The Invention of Hugo Cabret. It is directed by Martin Scorsese and written by John Logan. It is a co-production of Graham King's GK Films and Johnny Depp's Infinitum Nihil. The film stars Asa Butterfield, Chloë Grace Moretz, Ben Kingsley, Sacha Baron Cohen, Ray Winstone, Emily Mortimer and Jude Law.


This is Scorsese’s first film shot in 3D and it is due to be released in the US on November 23, 2011,


Hugo Cabret is a boy who has ended up as an orphan living a secret life in the walls of a Paris train station in the early 1930s. When Hugo encounters a broken automaton, an eccentric girl, and the cold reserved man who runs the toy shop, he is caught up in a fantastic adventure that could put all of his secrets in jeopardy


The HUGO screening will take place on November 21, 2011 - 7:30 PM at Century Stadium 14
