BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Is Your Favorite Television Show Coming Back?

Network Television is poised to either make or break your day. Read on to find out why.

Story By: Matt Cummings

As we approach the end of the traditional television season, you might be wondering If your favorite shows will return. One would hate to be invested in a freshman season, only to to learn that it's being axed due to poor ratings (Dracula) or cost (Almost Human). In that case, we hope you keep the following in mind - these are the dates for the network's Upfront Meetings, a time when potential advertisers are given a chance to see schedules for next season. While we know most of the cancellations and renewals already, this is the network's first volley into 2014-2015 programming, so it's important for them to have a clear path to woo those dollars their way.

Here's the 2014 Broadcast Network Upfront Schedule:

  • Monday, May 12 FOX
  • Monday, May 12 NBC
  • Tuesday, May 13 ABC
  • Wednesday, May 14 CBS
  • Thursday, May 15 CW
Of course, some networks do not announce titles until a few months before premiere, but in most cases you will know by these dates whether your favorite shows are returning.

We'll keep you updated once these announcements are made, and look for our upcoming master list of all network shows and their status.

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
