Inside the Bucket Podcast #78

This week's episode of Inside the Bucket is online! Revel in the digital mastery!

On this attitude-filled edition of Inside the Bucket, Matt and Brandon are graced by the presence of Sandwich John, who arrives ready to take it to some of our fans! Together, the boys do their best to bring you this week's juiciest movie and television news and reviews from our website SANDWICHJOHNFILMS.COM.

As usual, the show begins with all the style of a bull and full of greasy attitude, as they discuss this week's hottest TV and movie news. Topics include a Director for Fast & Furious 8, the Marvel re-re-adjusted film slate to 2020, and a new poster for Daredevil season 2. They also discuss this week's box office, and breakdown those movies hitting Blu-ray this week.

But it's this week's Rants and Raves segment - where they bitch and complain about all the things they're watching, following, and are generally pissed off about from the past week - that you'll want to hear. John discusses the Terminator franchise and blasts some of our fans - it's so good that we'd be silly to spoil it here! Brandon discusses Daniel Craig's comments about his future as James Bond and reviews the film 99 Homes, while Matt reviews Freeheld and He Named Me Malala.

The show ends with a review of Pan as Matt explains why no human should ever see it. Ever.

We encourage you to participate in mailbag, as well as our Open Forum Friday, which is your chance to get in our business about running a passion project like our trainwreck. Please email us at Comments@SandwichJohnFilms.com with any thoughts you have about our show.

Be warned: Inside the Bucket is an EXPLICIT PODCAST. We tend to say controversial things and cuss just for the heck of it. So, please be careful if you are listening to us while at work.

We hope you laugh as much as we do bringing the show to you. As always, thanks to everyone for your continued support, and we'll see you at one of our screenings.

    AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Featurette “Legacy”

Watch the new “Legacy” featurette, as Kevin Feige joins other filmmakers and the cast of Marvel Studios’ AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR to chronicle the growth and success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe from its auspicious beginning with “Iron Man” in 2008 to the upcoming tour de force “AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR.”

An unprecedented cinematic journey ten years in the making and spanning the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Infinity War” brings to the screen the ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time. The Avengers and their Super Hero allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe.

David Leitch Directing Hobbs & Shaw Spin-Off

As Universal guns the engine on the first planned spin-off from the Fast & Furious franchise, the studio has pinpointed the person it wants to wrangle Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham for the film. John Wick and Atomic Blonde director David Leitch is directing the film.

It makes sense that a film featuring the two would demand a director who has proven they can bring action scenes to life, and Leitch – who moved from stunt co-ordination and second unit work to co-direct the first Wick with Chad Stahelski – has certainly shown he's got the flair for it.

Chris Morgan has written the script for the new film, which doesn't yet have a name, but should boast Johnson's Luke Hobbs and Statham's recently redeemed Deckard Shaw on their own mission, minus any candy asses. Universal wants this one in cinemas for July next year, and so it needs the wheels to hit the road quickly.

Leitch's most recent job was directing Deadpool 2, which opens in the UK on 16 May and has jus…
