BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Exclusive Interview With MACKENZIE MASON From The Upcoming Game HALO 4

Exclusive Interview With MACKENZIE MASON From The Upcoming Game HALO 4
By: Beevers

I had the pleasure of doing an Exclusive Interview MACKENZIE MASON. Mackenzie can next be seen in the upcoming video game for HALO 4, she is voicing the character Cortana.  We talk about how she got into acting and what her go to song is in the shower. This girl is every Sci-Fi geeks dream girl.

Make sure to follow Mackenzie on Twitter, and let her know that Sando sent you.

1. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

I'm just a young woman living her dream in a big bad city. I love to travel and read and go on adventures. I love my life and really like experiencing new things.

2. How did you get into acting.

I've always been an actress, moving a lot as a kid made me really good at always re inventing myself and I got to watch a lot of different people from all around the world.

3. What is the hardest part between voice acting and actually acting.

Its hard to get yourself to a place that’s authentic so that people believe you and that you really believe that you are this whole other person with this whole other life. But that’s the fun of it as well J

4. I know that your will be voicing Cortana In Halo 4. How did this opportunity come about?

I'm doing the performance for her, so basically everything you can see visually is me. Her face, her emotions, the way her mouth moves...her body movements.

5. Prior to this role were you a huge Halo fan?

I knew of it and liked playing but wasn’t HUGE fan. I am now J

6. I have read somewhere your a huge Sci-Fi geek. Favorite Sci-Fi movie and why?

Favorite sci fi movie would have to be Blade Runner and Alien. I love the darkness and the suspense of those movies, real grit. BADASS!!

7. Can you tell the fans out there what other projects you might have coming up?

I have a feature coming out next year called Body High. It’s a stoner comedy, far cry from the heavy material of Halo. I also have a short film out next year as well called Shattered Love; it deals with Alzheimer’s, its really powerful. Now time for random questions:

8. Go to song you sing in the shower?

Dude looks like a lady!

9. Best movie you have seen in 2012 so far and why?

Dark Knight Rises. I LOVE batman. He's my favorite superhero.

10. Why do you have to "put your two cents in". but it's only a "penny for your thoughts"? Where's that extra penny going to?

The difference is- Opinion vs thoughts. Opinions are so annoying, so they cost more. Thoughts are valuable so people need to pay you to share them :)

11. Where can my fans find you on the internet? @mackenziemason on twitter!

I just want to thank Mackenzie for taking the time out to do this interview and can not wait to see her in action in HALO 4.

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
