IFC Midnight announced today that Tom Six, the writer and director of THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE FIRST and FULL SEQUENCE will be participating in a live chat on Friday, January 27th at 7pm EST while the un-cut version of the controversial horror film THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE PART 2 (FULL SEQUENCE), is available on Facebook’s new Social Cinema. Viewers are now able to view some of the most gruesome and graphic scenes known in cinematic history! Users will be able to pre-order a ticket to the event beginning today to ensure that they are guaranteed a "seat" to watch the film with Tom Six live. He will answer questions and provide commentary and insight into the making of the controversial film. THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE PART 2 (FULL SEQUENCE), along with its predecessor THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE (FIRST SEQUENCE), is available on Facebook for one-month before it hits its DVD release on February 14th.

THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE PART 2 (FULL SEQUENCE) was originally released by IFC Films on October 7th, 2011 followed by its Video on Demand premiere on October 12th. The film, a sequel to Six’s original film THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE (FIRST SEQUENCE), focuses on a new villain named Martin (Lawrence R. Harvey) who is a mentally disturbed loner who lives with his mother in a bleak housing project. Martin works the night shift as a security guard in an equally grim and foreboding underground parking complex. To escape his dreary existence, Martin loses himself in the fantasy world of the cult horror film THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE (FIRST SEQUENCE), fetishizing the meticulous surgical skills of the gifted Dr. Heiter, whose knowledge of the human gastrointestinal system inspires Martin to attempt the unthinkable.

THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE (FIRST SEQUENCE) opened in the Spring of 2010 and became a cultural phenomenon. It was discussed on shows including the primetime Emmys, South Park, Parks and Recreation, and 30 Rock. The first film featured an obsessed doctor who surgically joins his unsuspecting victims together, and was one of IFC’s biggest on-demand successes of all time, while also continuously selling out midnight screenings nationwide. The original film premiered at Fantastic Fest in 2009, receiving the awards for Best Horror Film and Best Actor, and also took home Best Picture at the 2009 Scream Fest. The film also won Most Memorable Mutilation at the 2010 Scream Awards.

IFC Midnight is a sister division to IFC Films and Sundance Selects, and is owned and operated by AMC Networks Inc.

Movie Review: #Vacation

Vacation makes me want to take a STAY-cation. Review by Matt Cummings It's not too often that a movie makes me wish film never existed, yet her I am ready to give the newest Vacation all the hate it deserves. And hate on it I will. Grown-up Rusty (Ed Helms) is stuck in a dull marriage to Debbie (Christina Applegate), who's been forced year after year to spend vacation with her family at a cabin in Michigan. When the overly optimistic Rusty realizes his family needs a change, he packs them up for a trip to Walley World, the site of his greatest trip as a teen. But soon, his family begins to encounter difficulties and flat-out disasters that could end their road trip and return Rusty's marriage back to square one. It might surprise our readers to know that someone from our team actually considered walking out of Vacation , and we get to see these films for free. That's how bad our experience became as we sat mesmerized by its 99 minutes of ineptit...

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
