New Images From The Rum Diary Starring Johnny Depp And Amber Heard

GK Films has finally teased us with another image from their upcoming film The Rum Diary, the film stars Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Hunter S. Thompson.


Rounding out the cast are Gioviani Ribisi, Richard Jenkins, Aaron Eckhart and Julian Holloway.


Paul Kemp (Johnny Depp) is an itinerant journalist who tires of New York and America under the Eisenhower administration and travels to Puerto Rico to write for The San Juan Star. Kemp begins the habit of drinking rum and becomes obsessed with the woman Chenault (Amber Heard).


The film is set to be released on October 28, 2011
