BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Sam Worthington To Sink His Teeth In As Dracula

Sam Worthington To Sink His Teeth In As Dracula

Mr. Worthington his on fire right now with the success of Avatar and his upcoming film Clash of The Titans. Strike it when it hot.

The good folks over at Latino Review have some breaking news.

This is the day that Universal decides what it is going to make for summer 2011. You see, Universal has been stagnant since they got sold to that Cable company Comcast. They haven't been allowed to go to the toilet without a permission slip. And now they realize they need to make 8 big films for 2011. You see it takes at least a year to make a moving picture- and they don't have enough for next year.

So there are 14 possible films with 8 needed. And they need to figure out what the freak they are doing quickly.

Each of the possible 14 are ready to go with scripts and directors. Some of them you know and some of them you don't.

But the craziest one is called DRACULA: YEAR ZERO. Yes I know, un titulo de mierda. This is a period retelling of Dracula. Like back in Transylvania and sh*t. Vampires and Vlad the impaler. You know, Van Helsing without that dial a hack Sommers. Because Dracula worked out so well in Blade: Trinity. And I think there was a Dracula 2000... but I don't know who saw it.

Check it though, you know who is supposed to play Dracula? Sam Worthington! That's right, the newly minted "movie star" who everybody paid to see in Avatar. Except they didn't pay to see him now did they?

The movie is budgeted at over $100m. That seems like a lot of cashola for Dracula. But then they spent $165m on the new WOLFMAN wherein fellow Latino Benicio is looking pretty miserable. They are obsessed with the old Universal monsters, even though they are in the public domain. Oh, and nobody cares.

Film is being produced by the guy who gave us the less than brilliant Ghost Rider and directed by the guy who made Will Smith suck in I ,Robot. Don't worry, he blames the head of the studio, for everything, just like Harry Knowles.

Movie Review: #Vacation

Vacation makes me want to take a STAY-cation. Review by Matt Cummings It's not too often that a movie makes me wish film never existed, yet her I am ready to give the newest Vacation all the hate it deserves. And hate on it I will. Grown-up Rusty (Ed Helms) is stuck in a dull marriage to Debbie (Christina Applegate), who's been forced year after year to spend vacation with her family at a cabin in Michigan. When the overly optimistic Rusty realizes his family needs a change, he packs them up for a trip to Walley World, the site of his greatest trip as a teen. But soon, his family begins to encounter difficulties and flat-out disasters that could end their road trip and return Rusty's marriage back to square one. It might surprise our readers to know that someone from our team actually considered walking out of Vacation , and we get to see these films for free. That's how bad our experience became as we sat mesmerized by its 99 minutes of ineptit...

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
