Green Lantern Concept Art Work For The Film

Some concept art form the upcoming Warner Bros. Film Green Lantern has made it's way onto the web. Cosmicbooknews bring us these pictures and apparently the pictures have been verified by a source

The pictures can be from the first stage of drawing with some many concept pictures being done daily who knows who is in and out.

Director Martin Campbell said this, "Well, Kilowog will be [in it]. Tomar-Re is in it. Sinestro is in it. Abin Sur is in it.



All the origin people. Carol [Ferris], of course, who will be played by Blake Lively. All the main characters are there, and it's a complex story. The origin story of Green Lantern is complex, probably one of the most complex, which makes it a challenge to get it right."



Now, based on a script we found a couple years back at a comic book message board, Carol Ferris and Sinestro will not be the full fledged villains, but the characters will be set up as the villains for a second "Green Lantern" movie.

Winona Ryder- An "Alienation" Expert? We're halfway checked out for the holiday weekend, so let's end with bit of comedy. A litigious videogame player is calling Winona Ryder to testify as an expert in "alienation." Erik Estavillo has filed a $1 million lawsuit in California Superior Court against Activision Blizzard, publisher of "World of Warcraft," saying it "maintain(s) a harmful virtual environment to many of its customers by forcing them to follow the game's sneaky and deceitful practices." The plaintiff says he suffers from several mental health problems brought on by WoW's "alienating" features, such as forcing beginners to walk or run to get from one point to another instead of speedier options available to those who master the game or buy an expansion pack.
