BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Sam Worthington Or Ryan Reynolds To Play Flash Gordon In Remake

Sam Worthington Or Ryan Reynolds To Play Flash Gordon In Remake

Flash Gordon is one of my all time favorite films as a kid I remember watching it on my father's beta. And then as I got older watching it on VHS.

Who doesn't love this movie. Forget about it!

A remake I am not so sure of but the two actors they have in mind could fill the Iconic role that Sam J. Jones made so famous.

Here is some interesting news I found out.

Newcomer Sam Worthington is rising up in the ranks! We hear buzz that he may be starring in a Flash Gordon remake. He currently stars in James Cameron’s Avatar, and has been named as one of the hot breakout stars of the year.

Sources say Sam is up against the sexy Ryan Reynolds for the leading role in the sci-fi flick. “If he gets the role it would be quite a big deal as Flash is an all-American hero,” dished one Hollywood insider. “Right now it’s between Sam, Ryan Reynolds and one or two others for the lead role should the project actually get off the ground.”

The role calls for Flash as a handsome polo player and Yale graduate, who travels to the planet Mongo, where it’s discovered that the meteors are weapons devised by Ming the Merciless, evil ruler of Mongo.

What’s interesting is that the role is an American hero. Sam Worthington is Australian, but we’re sure he’d be happy to perfect his best American accent for a role like this!

And we know Sam has no problem wearing little clothing! Did you see him in Avatar? “I had nothing on,” he said. “I had a loincloth on and they painted me blue, basically”.

Please do not let it be Ryan Reynolds, he is so cheezy. He ruined the Wolverine movie by himself. He is the equivalent of Brent Musburger of sports casting, the Roger Moore of the Bond films. In one word CHEEZY. His best work, which was his break, was done on the show Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place which was later named Two Guys and a Girl, later also had one of your wife's other favorite actors on it Nathan Fillion who got his break from One Life to Live as Vicki's son. At least have someone that looks like a football player why not Nathan Fillion I know he is not an A lister but honestly he flushes things down the toilet with more talent than Ryan Reynolds. Just like they are going to ruin the remake of Vision Quest, there is no way in real life that Shoup, I think that was the wrestlers name, would loose to Mather Modine's character. They need to do a remake of Legend.

Movie Review: #Vacation

Vacation makes me want to take a STAY-cation. Review by Matt Cummings It's not too often that a movie makes me wish film never existed, yet her I am ready to give the newest Vacation all the hate it deserves. And hate on it I will. Grown-up Rusty (Ed Helms) is stuck in a dull marriage to Debbie (Christina Applegate), who's been forced year after year to spend vacation with her family at a cabin in Michigan. When the overly optimistic Rusty realizes his family needs a change, he packs them up for a trip to Walley World, the site of his greatest trip as a teen. But soon, his family begins to encounter difficulties and flat-out disasters that could end their road trip and return Rusty's marriage back to square one. It might surprise our readers to know that someone from our team actually considered walking out of Vacation , and we get to see these films for free. That's how bad our experience became as we sat mesmerized by its 99 minutes of ineptit...

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
