How do we get our passes? I made a “reservation” a couple of nights ago for Columbia, MD and it said my passes would be emailed to me. They have not shown up yet? Thank you!

I have the same problem as the person above. A few days ago I received an email to enter my information to get free passes for Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I did that and It said the passes would be emailed to me. They weren’t. I tried again and the site said that they would re-send the passes to my email. They still have not been sent.
Help!
Thanks!
