BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

2 Broke Girls S04E17 Recap: And The High Hookup

Finally things are looking up thanks to a High hook up.

Story by @ErikaAshley

The Girls are back at the diner working their third job like usual. Oleg asks them to watch the kitchen while he takes a “break” when the stove catches on fire and The Girls refuse to help put it out. Instead they attempt to make s’mores while Han jumps into action to extinguish the fire.

Over at The High Caroline relishes in her new position as Host and they catch Han peeking through the window watching them awkwardly. Joedth arrives and introduces Caroline to Nashit, the new young Irish waiter. Max quickly appears at Caroline’s side to gain an introduction as she’s smitten with Nashit’s accent and boyish good looks. John gets introduced to Nashit and approves of the new addition while Max not so subtly hits on the new hire. Later as Nashit begins to work in the restaurant he does a horrible job waiting on tables but the patron’s don’t seem to mind because of how good he looks. While taking solace at Max’s prep station he flirts back with her and Caroline comes to break it up telling him to get back out on the floor. Caroline suggests that Max might be too old for Nashit but Max informs her that doesn’t bother her in the slightest. Just as Joedth is about to leave for an appointment she notices Max and Nashit getting a little too close. She gives Caroline the task of making sure the two love birds know the No Hook Up Policy at the restaurant. Caroline agrees to break it up and Joedth gives her an additional task for a little extra cash to kick her girlfriend out of the restaurant if she shows up because they’re in a fight. Caroline accepts the cash and task. As Joedth leaves Caroline breaks the news to Max and Nashit that they’ll have to break it off. Joedth girlfriend’s Allie sneaks in and sits at a table. Caroline rushes over to usher her out but Allie’s drugs have kicked in. Caroline has John carry her out and all is well in The High again.

Later The Girls show up to the diner late as usual but Earl covers for them again. Han says hello and hints that he hasn’t seen them since the night before and The Girls confront him on his peeping-tom skills. Nashit turns up at the diner to return Caroline’s phone but in fact it’s actually Allie’s phone. He admits to coming by just to see Max and she’s elated that they are most definitely going to be having sex in the near future. Caroline doubts that Max even likes him but Max reassures her that she does and she’ll like him even more after they’ve “done it.” Sophie arrives and announces she’s been just struck by a car, but she’s fine and in mood for some crab legs but stops short when she sees Nashit in her booth. Sophie is taken by his accent because she can’t understand him. Nashit admits he’s homeless and of course The Girls take him in. Back at their apartment Caroline makes up the couch for Nashit but Max assures her that he’ll be sleeping in her bed. Nashit comes out of the shower nearly naked only wrapped in a towel and both Caroline and Max stumble over themselves.

Joedth shows up at The Girl’s apartment that night while Caroline has Max and Nashit separated. When Sophie attempts to let Joedth in to the apartment Max and Nashit hide in her bedroom but under strict instructions to not have sex. When Joedth enters the apartment she confronts Caroline and asks where Allie might be hiding since she tracked Allie’s phone to the apartment. Caroline gives Joedth the phone but just as she’s about to leave she hears canoodling coming from Max’s bedroom and insists that Allie really is there. Caroline reassures her that it’s nothing but when Joedth opens the door to the room she catches Max and Nashit in the act. Joedth tells Caroline that as the new Manager she must put an end to Max and Nashit’s relationship but Max asks that they take mercy and allow her to hook up with Nashit.

The next day at the diner Caroline asks Earl if Max is mad at her for breaking up her love life but Earl tells her that Max is her usual ornery self. Caroline apologizes to Max by giving her candy and Max says she’s fine because she was able to get Nash a new job at the diner. He comes out from the kitchen to put dishes away and Han applauds him for his work, since he seems to be the only one in the diner actually working. Everyone seems to be happy with Han having a new worker, Max a new love interest, Caroline with her new money and position as Manager of The High and The Girl’s bank account out of the negatives and back up to $286.00. This week’s episode albeit silly was entertaining with Max finally having a new love interest and things looking up for both girls. Caroline seems to be moving up The High’s chain of command pretty quickly and Max is raunchier than ever. It makes for a humorous episode but will be interesting to see where this new job will take them before the season it out.

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...

Movie Review: #Vacation

Vacation makes me want to take a STAY-cation. Review by Matt Cummings It's not too often that a movie makes me wish film never existed, yet her I am ready to give the newest Vacation all the hate it deserves. And hate on it I will. Grown-up Rusty (Ed Helms) is stuck in a dull marriage to Debbie (Christina Applegate), who's been forced year after year to spend vacation with her family at a cabin in Michigan. When the overly optimistic Rusty realizes his family needs a change, he packs them up for a trip to Walley World, the site of his greatest trip as a teen. But soon, his family begins to encounter difficulties and flat-out disasters that could end their road trip and return Rusty's marriage back to square one. It might surprise our readers to know that someone from our team actually considered walking out of Vacation , and we get to see these films for free. That's how bad our experience became as we sat mesmerized by its 99 minutes of ineptit...
