BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Heathers Is Coming To Bravo

Veronica Sawyer is coming to Bravo!

No, she’s not a Real Housewife just yet, but Bravo has announced that they want you to watch what happens as they delve into scripted television with a series based on the 1988 teen classic, Heathers. The show will take place in the present day, and will have Veronica (the Winona Ryder character from the film) move back to Sherwood with her teenage daughter. The daughter must deal with a new generation of high school drama in the form of the Plastics “Ashleys,” the daughters of the surviving Heathers.

The show is being executive produced by Mark Rizzo (The Man Date, Zip) and Jenny Bicks (The Big C, Men In Trees).

But that’s not all of Bravo’s scripted series news: The network is also development The Apartment, a drama about two siblings who “rent out [their late mother's] beautiful Upper West Side apartment to people who want a private space to have their own extra-marital affairs,” according to a press release.

Other shows include The Darlings, based on the novel by Cristina Alger, and All American Girl, a drama looking at women from three different time periods who work at the magazine, All American Girl.
“Through our growing slate of scripted development, we plan to build upon the success of our award-winning unscripted programming, accessing and exploring new worlds and characters while still engaging the same affluent and pop culture savvy audience that watches the Real Housewives and Top Chef,” said Andrew Wang, Vice President for Scripted Development and Production, in a release. “We’re excited to partner with such high caliber talent in developing TV that pushes boundaries conceptually and thematically while still telling a fun story in the way that our audiences have come to expect from us.”

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
