BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Rachel Weisz To Star In The Railway Man

Rachel Weisz is in final talks to join Colin Firth for new movie The Railway Man.

The movie will follow a Prisoner of War who is still battling with hatred for his Japanese captors and his wife who helps him overcome his torture.

The story is based on the memoirs of Scotsman Eric Lomax.

During World War II, Eric - a second lieutenant in the Royal Corp of Signals - was captured by Japanese forces in Singapore and sent to a camp in Kanchanaburi, Thailand. There, he joined tens of thousands of other PoWs working on the Burma-Siam death railway and the bridge over the River Kwai.

Colin will play Eric in later life as he still struggles with the horrors that were inflicted upon him in the Far East.

Rachel is in final talks to play Eric’s wife Patricia, who helps to heal some of the psychological wounds.

Patricia became Eric’s second wife in 1983. She encouraged him to confront his hatred, and even wrote to the man her husband held responsible for his torture.

Jeremy Irvine, who will soon be seen in Steven Spielberg’s latest film War Horse, will play Eric during his time in captivity.

The star has been disturbed by his research for the part.

“Lomax suffered cruel and horrible treatment,” Jeremy told British publication The Daily Mail. “I’ve been studying what happened to him and it was grim.”

Winona Ryder- An "Alienation" Expert?

Winona Ryder- An "Alienation" Expert? We're halfway checked out for the holiday weekend, so let's end with bit of comedy. A litigious videogame player is calling Winona Ryder to testify as an expert in "alienation." Erik Estavillo has filed a $1 million lawsuit in California Superior Court against Activision Blizzard, publisher of "World of Warcraft," saying it "maintain(s) a harmful virtual environment to many of its customers by forcing them to follow the game's sneaky and deceitful practices." The plaintiff says he suffers from several mental health problems brought on by WoW's "alienating" features, such as forcing beginners to walk or run to get from one point to another instead of speedier options available to those who master the game or buy an expansion pack. Estavillo says that the slow pace is "deceitful" because more time = more subscription revenue for Activision. Here's where Winona Ryder comes...

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
