WWE's Tough Enough Is Back

Who's The Next Miz Or Morrison

USA Network is bringing back WWE Tough Enough as its first reality series in 5 years. The top cable network this morning announced it has given a ten-episode order to the a non-scripted series, which will be produced by Shed Media USA in collaboration with World Wrestling Entertainment. The show, featuring 12 contestants vying for the grand prize, a contract with WWE, will debut on April 4, the day after WrestleMania XXVII and immediately following USA’s staple WWE Monday Night Raw at 11 PM.

As of 2010, the only Tough Enough winner still wrestling for WWE is John Hennigan. He is currently wrestling as John Morrison on the Raw brand.

Hennigan and Tough Enough I winner Maven Huffman are the only two Tough Enough winners to win championships in the WWE, with Hennigan winning both the ECW Championship and WWE Intercontinental Championship and Huffman winning the WWE Hardcore Championship. Christopher Nowinski, who didn't win Tough Enough, also held the WWE Hardcore Championship. Mike Mizanin, who came in second place in the $1,000,000 Tough Enough and is better known as The Miz, has won the United States Championship on two occasions and the WWE Championship once. Together, John Morrison and The Miz also would become WWE Tag Team Champions, World Tag Team Champions, and two-time Slammy Award winners. Josh Lomberger, better known as Josh Mathews, is currently the longest tenured WWE employee from the entire Tough Enough cast, eventually signing with WWE in 2002 and becoming an announcer and interviewer on a variety of WWE shows, including Raw, SmackDown, NXT and now defunct ECW.

It will then move to its regularly scheduled slot, Mondays at 8 PM. WWE Tough Enough originally ran on MTV for 3 seasons, and in 2004 it moved to UPN where it aired for a season as part of SmackDown. USA has been actively looking to re-enter the reality arena, beefing up its unscripted executive team and developing concepts for new series.

Winona Ryder- An "Alienation" Expert?

Winona Ryder- An "Alienation" Expert? We're halfway checked out for the holiday weekend, so let's end with bit of comedy. A litigious videogame player is calling Winona Ryder to testify as an expert in "alienation." Erik Estavillo has filed a $1 million lawsuit in California Superior Court against Activision Blizzard, publisher of "World of Warcraft," saying it "maintain(s) a harmful virtual environment to many of its customers by forcing them to follow the game's sneaky and deceitful practices." The plaintiff says he suffers from several mental health problems brought on by WoW's "alienating" features, such as forcing beginners to walk or run to get from one point to another instead of speedier options available to those who master the game or buy an expansion pack. Estavillo says that the slow pace is "deceitful" because more time = more subscription revenue for Activision. Here's where Winona Ryder comes...

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
