PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The only life they’ve known is war. The only loyalty they have is to each other. This November, a powerhouse cast of action heroes comes together for the very first time as Lionsgate releases the action-thriller, The Expendables to Blu-ray Disc Combo Pack (three discs – including Blu-ray, DVD and digital copy). The film will also be available on DVD, Digital Download and On Demand. Co-written and directed by Sylvester Stallone from a screenplay by David Callaham and Sylvester Stallone and story by David Callaham, The Expendables follows a team of hardened mercenaries – including Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Eric Roberts, Randy Couture, Steve Austin, Terry Crews and Mickey Rourke – who are sent on what becomes a suicide mission to overthrow a ruthless dictator. The film had an explosive impact on the box office, making it the #1 film in America two weeks running, and bringing in over $100 million.

Both the Blu-ray Combo Pack and standard DVD come with compelling extras that pack a punch and bring the viewer into the action! Each version includes newly produced supplements created in collaboration with director and star Sylvester Stallone and includes unprecedented making-of access as well as a deleted scene and gag reel, audio commentary with Sylvester Stallone and more! Beyond the standard DVD, the Blu-ray Combo Pack includes three exclusive features – “Inferno,” a feature-length behind-the-scenes documentary that provides a unique perspective on the filmmaking process from Stallone’s distinctive point of view; “Comic Con 2010,” the entire Expendables panel, featuring Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, Terry Crews and Steve Austin, from their visit to this year’s San Diego Comic Con and “Ultimate Recon Mode” where Stallone and the other Expendables provide a multi-layered, all-access look at the making of the film as it runs. The explosive action film of the summer, The Expendables hits home on November 23rd for the suggested retail price of $39.99 for the Blu-ray Combo Pack and $29.95 on DVD.

They are the Expendables: leader and mastermind Barney Ross (Stallone), former SAS blade expert Lee Christmas (Statham), hand-to-hand combat specialist Yin Yang (Li), long barrel weapons specialist Hale Caesar (Crews), demolitions expert Toll Road (Couture) and precision sniper Gunner Jensen (Lundgren). Living life in the fringes of the law, these hardened mercenaries take on what appears to be a routine assignment: a covert, CIA-funded operation to infiltrate the South American country of Vilena and overthrow its ruthless dictator General Garza (David Zayas). But when their job is revealed to be a suicide mission, the men are faced with a deadly choice, one that might redeem their souls…or destroy their brotherhood forever.

Movie Review: #Vacation

Vacation makes me want to take a STAY-cation. Review by Matt Cummings It's not too often that a movie makes me wish film never existed, yet her I am ready to give the newest Vacation all the hate it deserves. And hate on it I will. Grown-up Rusty (Ed Helms) is stuck in a dull marriage to Debbie (Christina Applegate), who's been forced year after year to spend vacation with her family at a cabin in Michigan. When the overly optimistic Rusty realizes his family needs a change, he packs them up for a trip to Walley World, the site of his greatest trip as a teen. But soon, his family begins to encounter difficulties and flat-out disasters that could end their road trip and return Rusty's marriage back to square one. It might surprise our readers to know that someone from our team actually considered walking out of Vacation , and we get to see these films for free. That's how bad our experience became as we sat mesmerized by its 99 minutes of ineptit...

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...
