I got my first look at the clip during Comic Con this year. I was excited to see the clip and all it had to offer.

An extension on Lewis Carroll's original story, Alice, now 17, attends a party at a Victorian estate only to find she is about to be proposed to by a rich suitor in front of hundreds of snooty society types. She runs off, following a white rabbit into a hole and ending up in Wonderland, a place she visited 10 years before yet doesn't remember. The white rabbit claims to have come back for Alice because she is the only one who can slay the "Jabberwock, who guards the Red Queen's empire".Alice remains completely unaware of why she is in Wonderland, and is confused about the fact that she had once visited Wonderland and all its inhabitants years before. She then embarks on an adventure of self discovery and to save Wonderland from the Red Queen's reign of terror with the help of her Wonderland friends.

The film stars Johnny Depp, Mia Wasikowska, Anne Hathaway and of course Helena Bonham Carter.

Winona Ryder- An "Alienation" Expert? We're halfway checked out for the holiday weekend, so let's end with bit of comedy. A litigious videogame player is calling Winona Ryder to testify as an expert in "alienation." Erik Estavillo has filed a $1 million lawsuit in California Superior Court against Activision Blizzard, publisher of "World of Warcraft," saying it "maintain(s) a harmful virtual environment to many of its customers by forcing them to follow the game's sneaky and deceitful practices." The plaintiff says he suffers from several mental health problems brought on by WoW's "alienating" features, such as forcing beginners to walk or run to get from one point to another instead of speedier options available to those who master the game or buy an expansion pack.
