BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Casey Bond Interview We Talk Moneyball, Oscars And How It Feels To Be A Star

I got a chance to interview Casey Bond again. He is one of the stars of the Oscar nominated movie Moneyball. I thought this would be a great time to catch up with him, with the success of his first film and how his life has changed since Moneyball has come out.

Casey is one the nicest people in Hollywood and if you haven't seen Moneyball yet where have you been? Get off you butt and go rent the movie!

1.How have you been since we last talked?

I've been great! Just plugging along in 2012, and proud to be a part of a film that is getting quite a bit of attention with all of the award nominations.

2. Moneyball nominated for Best Picture. How does that feel? To say a movie you had a huge roll in is nominated?

I can't tell you how thankful I am to be in a film like Moneyball, which is actually up for 6 different Academy Awards! To have had the opportunity to work with this great cast, and then see how our hard work has paid off is something truly special. I hope we walk away with some hardware.

3. So how is it being a star after Moneyball became such a hug success? Do you get any special perks?

A lot of great opportunities have come my way after Moneyball, and it's fun to be a part of them. The perk I have enjoyed the most is just knowing that I'm a part of such a well received film. Honestly!

4. With the success of Moneyball have you gotten offers you didn't get before the film?

Moneyball has certainly opened doors, and given me the chance to be recognized and audition for certain roles and meet new people. Having a chance to do this interview right now was a great offer!

5. How has life changed? Are people coming out of the wood works?

There have definitely been quite a few people making contact that I haven't heard from in a long time. That is something that I openly welcome, as I have always been one to love meeting and staying in contact with people. We all have a different story, and I think it's great to reconnect and catch up. It's nice to know your work is making an impact on people.

6. What can we expect from you in the future? Any projects you wanna let us know your working on?

Currently, I am working on producing a film, which has been a fast moving and fun project. Once that gets further along, I'll be more than happy to share.

7. What CD is in your car?

Ray Lamontagne "God Willin' & The Creek Don't Rise" is the CD in my car right now...which it has been...for quite some time...I can't get enough Ray. The guy has just got IT.

8. Last movie you saw and what did you think of it?

I watched "There Will Be Blood" last night, and considering that Daniel Day Lewis is the greatest actor of all time, I was thrilled to watch him perform in it, which I'll admit, I have seen a number of times before. No one can come close to him in my opinion. Would love to work with that fella one day.

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim...

Movie Review: #Vacation

Vacation makes me want to take a STAY-cation. Review by Matt Cummings It's not too often that a movie makes me wish film never existed, yet her I am ready to give the newest Vacation all the hate it deserves. And hate on it I will. Grown-up Rusty (Ed Helms) is stuck in a dull marriage to Debbie (Christina Applegate), who's been forced year after year to spend vacation with her family at a cabin in Michigan. When the overly optimistic Rusty realizes his family needs a change, he packs them up for a trip to Walley World, the site of his greatest trip as a teen. But soon, his family begins to encounter difficulties and flat-out disasters that could end their road trip and return Rusty's marriage back to square one. It might surprise our readers to know that someone from our team actually considered walking out of Vacation , and we get to see these films for free. That's how bad our experience became as we sat mesmerized by its 99 minutes of ineptit...

HOUSE OF GUCCI Featurette & Tickets Now on Sale

House of Gucci is inspired by the shocking true story of the family behind the Italian fashion empire. When Patrizia Reggiani ( Lady Gaga ), an outsider from humble beginnings, marries into the Gucci family, her unbridled ambition begins to unravel the family legacy and triggers a reckless spiral of betrayal, decadence, revenge, and ultimately…murder.     Discuss this with fellow SJF fans on Facebook .
