The CNET Base Station featuring GameSpot at Lou & Mickey's, across from the San Diego Convention Center, will be open Thursday and Friday, featuring dozens of charging stations, complimentary food and drink, prize giveaways, and more. Comic-Con Attendees Can Also Play the Hottest Game Titles in the GameSpot Game Room

SAN FRANCISCO, July 18, 2011 — CNET and GameSpot are inviting Comic-Con attendees to recharge and refuel at The CNET Base Station featuring GameSpot, on Thursday, July 21st and Friday, July 22nd from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Located at Lou & Mickey’s restaurant across from the San Diego Convention Center, the CNET Base Station will give fans the chance to recharge their gadgets, refuel with complimentary food and drinks, and enjoy a special appearance from Star Trek’s Orion Slave Girls (11 AM to 12 PM on Thursday, July 21).

Video game fans will also be able to play some of the hottest video games on PS3 and XBOX 360 in the GameSpot Game Room, including a first-look at Ace Combat: Assault Horizon, not scheduled for release until the fall.

The venue will feature free Wi-Fi, a social media lounge and photo booths so fans can share their Comic-Con experience with friends everywhere. Additionally, fans who stop by will also have the chance to win one of eight raffle drawings, with prizes including tablets, gaming systems, cameras, and gift cards. Fans not attending Comic-Con still have a chance to win one of the prizes by logging on to CNET and entering the Superhero Sweeps: http://www.cnet.com/member-sweepstakes/superhero/

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity.
