From there, we see that the country has changed its attitude toward the Transformers since the events of " Dark of the Moon " (2011). True, Optimus Prime and friends saved the day in the last movie, but at the cost of thousands of lives and the near-destruction of at least one major American city (a billboard proclaiming " Remember Chicago " can be spotted early in the trailer) — it's probably that massive amount of "collateral damage" that's made alien robots no longer welcome on our planet, whether they're evil Decepticons or heroic Autobots. There have been reports today that Michael Bay got into a fight on the set of Transformers: Age Of Extinction . However, our sources on set say not so! There was an incident, but this was not a case where a passionate director riled a member of his cast and crew sufficiently that punches were thrown nor, according to this report, did it involve two brothers. Here is the rather more sad report from the set. "Contrary to several erroneous news reports, Bay did not get hurt in a fight on his set. The production company did have a rather bizarre encounter with a man (allegedly under the influence of a narcotic substance) who was wielding an air conditioning unit as his weapon of choice. "The young man, who had earlier accosted several other crew members, barreled onto the set in Quarry Bay and swung the cumbersome appliance directly at Bay's head. The director ducked and wrested the air conditioner from his attacker, preventing what could have been a serious accident.

Today it's been announced that the movie (thanks to a poster up at Yahoo ) will be called Transformers: Age Of Extinction . The title and the sandy design for the poster seem to point towards the Dinobots’ presence, which further confirms what set spies have been reporting. We also know that Wahlberg is a struggling inventor and single father to Tessa ( Nicola Peltz ) who in turn is dating race car driver Shane ( Jack Reynor ). Writer/Director John Herzfeld’s Passion Project Has Three Weeks Remaining to Reach Kickstarter Campaign Goal. Writer/Director John Herzfeld’s passion project is coming to fruition. REACH ME , an uplifting drama with Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone and an accomplished ensemble cast including Kyra Sedgwick (TNT’s The Closer), Tom Berenger (Inception, Training Day), Terry Crews (The Expendables), Kelsey Grammer (Starz’ BOSS), and rap superstar Nelly , was hit with a major roadblock during filming last winter when an investor backed out during the second week of shooting. Defying the option to shut down production, producers poured their remaining financial resources into the project, believing this was a film the public deserved to see. While their efforts allowed the film to finish shooting, the film still requires a helping hand from the audience to complete. The Kickstarter campaign for the film ends on September 19.
