BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

(UPDATE) 'Tomorrowland' & 'Pitch Perfect 2' in (Not-Really) Dead Heat B.O. Shocker

Age of Ultron to pass $400 million domestically. Note: this is an update to our Saturday story. Story by Matt Cummings No matter how you slice it, this weekend's box office race was more of a dud than an amazing stratospheric accomplishment, with Tomorrowland winning, Pitch Perfect 2 at #2, and Age of Ultron set to cross $400 million domestically. So, why all then negative feelings? First the numbers: with the three-day weekend officially in the books, Tomorrowland took in paltry $32.9m/$41m while owning most of the IMAX screens, which was slightly higher than its projections. It eeked out a win against Pitch Perfect 2 , which crossed the $100m mark on Saturday, all but guaranteeing a sequel (oh, no please don't) with $38.5m. George Miller's dystopian spectacle Mad Max: Fury Road , took in a higher number as well, gassing up to $32.1m for the weekend. Those numbers are impressive, considering the relatively small potential audience; numbers like that m

Loot Crate Review: May 2015

Click below to see if Loot Crate delivers the goods with May 2015's Unite-themed box. Review by Matt Cummings After a series of very good Loot Crate boxes including March and April , May 2015's submission does more than its best to UNITE them with its awesomeness. The result is yet another great cornucopia of goodness for a very affordable price of $20. The monthly geek subscription box service is among dozens of entries vying for your hard-earned dollars, with Loot promising a nice return on that monthly subscription. Its hand-picked, cool geeky collection wrapped around a theme faces a lot of competition, but let's see why I think May undeniably delivers the goods. Loot's nondescript sex toy packaging makes my elderly neighbors nervous. A quick scissoring of the tape underneath and it's clear May is going to rock. Is that Green Ranger?! Upon cracking the case, we find The Power Rangers representing in a terrific t-shirt. This is consiste

New #ANTMAN Images

Empire got their hands on three new Ant-Man images. See all the images after the Jump... Michael Douglas is super scientist Hank Pym, the man who creates the technology that powers the Ant-Man suit, while Evangeline Lilly is Hope Van Dyne, his estranged daughter. Paul Rudd's Scott Lang is the thief who Pym takes under his wing to become the new, modern Ant-Man. You can also see (under a magnifiying glass) Corey Stoll's Darren Cross in his Yellowjacket suit, the villain of the piece. Cross is the former protege of Pym, and the man who has taken over his business and plans to use the Ant-Man tech for military purposes. The Yellowjacket suit is the super-slick version of the old-school Ant-Man outfit, something you probably worked out from the blasting lasers you saw in the trailer. Please Leave A Comment-

Far From the Madding Crowd   is simply astonishing If you prefer a romantic, yet dark movie, be prepared to head to the theater and get ready to experience a whole new world. Far From the Madding Crowd is simply astonishing. Far From the Madding Crowd is based in Victorian England with leading character Bathsheba Everdene ( Carey Mulligan ), an independent young lady, working on her Aunt’s farm. Next to their farm lives Gabriel Oak ( Matthias Schoenaerts ), a sheep herder. Soon after they meet, he proposes marriage to Bathsheba, which she doesn’t give an answer, which was an alternative ‘no’ to Gabriel. Not much later, Bathsheba’s uncle dies and she inherits his property, a farm and the home. It had been little time since she moved in and the barn on the property catches fire, which is the perfect oppo

Mission: Impossible 6 Already In Development

Paramount choose to accept another mission. By Brandon Wolfe For a franchise nearing the 20-year mark, Mission: Impossible is showing no signs of slowing down. With buzz going strong for Rogue Nation , this summer’s fifth installment of the series, franchise-starved Paramount is already looking toward the development of a sixth film, according to The Tracking Board . Tom Cruise, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and J.J. Abrams are all expected to return as producers and Don Granger and Matt Grimm will be back as executive producers. Cast-wise, no one is currently set in stone, but it seems unlikely that the series would jettison Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner and Simon Pegg at this point. They delve into the frankly awful selection of Blu-rays being released this week and then break down an interesting box office weekend. Please check out these and many other stories which we've included below. After several drinks and a quick nap, they go into Rants and Raves, where they bitch and complain about all the things they're
