TV Recap: WALKING DEAD "CODA"

TV Recap: WALKING DEAD "CODA" By: Suepafly It's already mid season time, and our group is now split into four, as one part is headed to the hospital to get back Beth and Carol. Expecting a big shock tonight, Norman Reedus cried, so someone obviously is going to die and my money is on Beth. With Carol semi-back in the fold, Beth's days as Daryl's wingman are numbered. This isn't our first rodeo where the Walking Dead is concerned, and Rick is ready to flip the Rickanator switch at any moment. Bob's getaway is nearly complete, but in addition to the walkers coming to feast on him, someone is running. Bob tries to cut himself free and it's Rick running by spilling walker guts everywhere. Rick jumps into the closest squad car and tells Bob to stop on his loud speaker, but Bob doesn't stop so Rick hits him. Bob thinks his neck is broken. Rick tells him that it didn't have to be this way, he only had to stop. Bob asks to go back to the hospit

TV Review: Constantine “Rise Of Caliban”

TV Review: Constantine “Rise of Caliban” By: Brandon Wolfe The recent announcement that NBC has declined to order additional episodes of ‘ Constantine ’ beyond its initial 13-episode order, rendering the series unofficially canceled, is starting to sting a bit. ‘ Constantine ’ continues to gather steam. What felt at first like a blandly flavored supernatural time-waster is now inching its way toward becoming something worthwhile. Pity it’s a dead show airing. After an evocative opener where we are shown the aftermath of a bloodbath where the only survivor appears to be a young girl, we meet up with Constantine in bed with a young woman and being rushed out the window half-dressed when her boyfriend comes home unexpectedly. It’s a nice character building moment for our hero, illuminating the haphazard lifestyle he gravitates toward. From there, he and Chas head off to Birmingham to look into the massacre. A bit of magical forensics work tells Constantine that the little girl

FROZEN 2 Going To Happen Accorrding To Idina Menzel

It’s the sort of news that might make you bellow “well, of course it is!”, but given that Disney has yet to make any sort of official announcement about a sequel to Frozen, we suppose the word of the woman who voiced Elsa is something. According to Idina Menzel , the Mouse House really does have a sequel to the mammoth hit in development. So far, the company has largely used the property to spin off lines of merchandise, is bringing out a short film based on the characters, has a musical stage version in the works and loaned Elsa, Anna and some of the others to US TV drama Once Upon A Time, which uses Disney fairy-tale characters for modern-day drama. But with the movie making more than $1.27 billion worldwide, there has still been no real word on a sequel, with John Lasseter and Ed Catmull’s team and Disney Feature Animation instead focusing on original films – Big Hero 6, which has been a success in the States so far, arrives here on January 30, while 2016 will bring Zootopia a

House Of Cards Season 3 Teaser Trailer

There are short trailers, brief teasers and then there is this… new promo for the third season of House Of Cards on Netflix, which pretty much qualifies as a long .gif Still, welcome President Frank Underwood ( Kevin Spacey ) and First Lady Claire ( Robin Wright ) as they board Air Force One (which given their presence should be renamed Scare Force One). Watch the trailer after the Jump... A special message from the White House. https://t.co/YxFcHfA5qy — House of Cards (@HouseofCards) December 1, 2014 The political drama’s third season is still being kept as secret as one of Frank’s schemes, plot-wise, but we’re certain to see him exerting more Presidential power in the service of his own ends. And why not? He’s worked hard killed or manipulated a lot of people to get where he is, and we know from other shows (and, er, real life) that being president of the United States is not exactly the easiest job in the world. Tony Gilroy, the man behind The Bourne Legacy, Michael Clayt

December 2014 Movies on Our Radar

The final push in 2014 for Oscars nominations and our hard-earned dollars is upon us - welcome to our December On the Radar Preview! November 2014 was filled with tasty movie goodness, offering solid Oscar candidates with a collection of enjoyable animated fare. From Penguins of Madagascar to Big Hero 6 , November began and ended with some of the best the genre had to offer. Even the live-action sequel The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1 delivered on many levels. The only stinker was the disappointing Dumb and Dumber To (but don't tell our writer Brandon Wolfe we said that). But now, it's on to December and the final push towards Oscar season, with Hollywood not sure if they'll beat 2013, but happily relieved that Guardians of the Galaxy and Captain America: The Winter Solider saved them from a potentially disastrous year. But unlike previous months - especially August and September - our worry this month lies in the sheer number of quality releases:
