She washes her face, but her reflection shows demonic eyes. May’s doll is making the poor girl crazy. Tituba tells Mary that she should pay Isaac more to take away those bodies, but Mary thinks the spectacle is good, it’ll rip the people into a frenzy. Mary wants Cotton out there doing more, like she brought him in for, but he does not see what more he can do. While some are relieved with Bridget’s death, many think it unfounded. Mary thinks that the panic level needs to be raised higher and doesn’t trust Hale’s judgment since he has yet to find who broke up their Sabbath. John hears Anne’s cries. New Clip From Godzilla

With his big visage well and truly out there, and his film due to land in our cinemas this month, Warner Bros. and Legendary aren’t shy about showing Godzilla , though he’s only glimpsed briefly in this new clip from the film. That said, there is some information given away here that constitutes something spoilery, and you get a look at another huge beastie from the movie, so proceed with caution. Watch the clip after the Jump... Providing some context for Ken Watanabe’s oft-heard trailer line about the arrogance of man, here we find his Ichiro Serizawa and David Strathairn’s Admiral Senz wondering what the Big G’s chances are against another massive monster that is terrorizing the local populace. If you’re concerned about learning the outcome, don’t be as this is really just the build-up to a scrap in the film, with Godzilla adopting the giant creature equivalent of a “come at me, bro” stance before we cut to black. Godzilla, of course, finds Monsters man Gareth Edwards d

TV Review: Crisis “How Far Would You Go”

TV Review: Crisis “How Far Would You Go” By: Brandon Wolfe As usual, a lot happened on ‘ Crisis ’ this week, while at the same time not much happened. The show is good at keeping the wheels spinning while never attaining any actual forward motion, like a car stuck in the mud. Fred Dryer’s villainous CIA operative has made good on his threat to seize Meg (and Gillian Anderson’s hilariously crazed cry of “This can’t happen!” indicates that ‘Crisis’ has officially broken even her down to the level of horrific acting) and demands that Dunn and Finley hand Clarenbach over to him if they want Meg left alive. Clarenbach obviously bristles at this and announces to the agents that Gibson is the kidnapper and that all of this boils down to a war between Gibson and Director Widener, which Clarenbach as the pawn both of them seek. Dunn decides that she will go after Meg while Finley uses Clarenbach to go after Gibson. But Gibson, as always, has his own plan and reaches out to one of the par

TV Review: Hannibal “Naka-Choko” By: Brandon Wolfe

TV Review: Hannibal “Naka-Choko” By: Brandon Wolfe ‘ Hannibal ’ has been in the ratings cellar since Day 1, and though executive producer Bryan Fuller has proclaimed a hearty optimism for it continuing on beyond this year, on NBC or not, the show has behaved this season like a series that lives only for now, with no eye out toward the future. Major characters die, seemingly impossible character reversals take place, and it plays like a show blowing itself up today because it doesn’t know if it will be around tomorrow. So daring has ‘Hannibal’ become on a routine basis that I genuinely have no clue not only what it will do next week, but especially what it will do next year. For a show that started life as a more gruesome, more artfully shot network procedural, it has become a truly unpredictable high-wire act. You would possibly have to go back to ‘Twin Peaks’ to find the last time a network series broke this many rules. Will Graham’s rededication to Hannibal Lecter since being r

Weekend Box Office Report: Amazing Spider-man 2 on Top, But...

Was The Amazing Spider-Man 2 ...amazing at the box office? Read on to find out! Does the timid opening spell a larger problem with Sony's rollout plan? Story by: Matt Cummings  The Amazing Spider-man 2 scored one of the best opening weekends of 2014, but it didn't come close to that of its predecessors.  According to our friends at BoxOfficeMojo, the film opened domestically to an estimated $92 million.  That's below Captain America: The Winter Soldier ($95 million) but higher than overall winner  The LEGO Movie  ($69 million) and 2013's Thor: The Dark World ($85.7 million).   As usual, American movies are dong much better overseas, scoring $277 million in two extra weeks of release.  When adding those numbers, it has a good chance to beat ASM 's $490 million total. But, compared to previous releases in the series, this is a disappointing debut. Check out previous opening releases in both the Marc Webb and Sam Raimi era: ASM: $62 million Sp
