Knife Fight Review By: MattInRC Does the Liberal-leaning Knife Fight engage the audience in the war that is a political campaign, or is it bound for a scandal of its own? The political drama Knife Fight suggests that most campaigns are more like gladiatorial battles than efforts to serve the public good. Fraught with sexual scandals, drug use, and other missteps that can ruin even the toughest of people, the life of a politician is displayed as a thankless and even dangerous affair. Having run two city council campaigns myself, I'm not sure I agree with this assessment; and yet there is much about Knife Fight with which I can identify from my experiences. Unfortunately, the portrayals within are neither accurate nor inspiring, with a serious lean towards the Liberal viewpoint. Okay, so you knew that already, but it's an important point to remember now the news that the actor playing Mr. Ben ( Martin Sheen ) will return, somehow, for the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man 2 . Speaking to RTÉ's The Late Late Show , the actor still best known by many as Jed Bartlet revealed that despite his character's unfortunate stumble off his mortal coil in the previous Spidey adventure, he's been called back for more wise words-dispensing by director Marc Webb: "Well, they called me back. I don't know what the part's going to be but I'm going to be Uncle Ben once again in Spider-Man next year. We shoot in February." It's finally here Oblivion Starring my man crush Tom Cruise .
