Here is the trailer for the film Hesher,the film was directed and written by Spencer Susser and starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Natalie Portman, Devin Brochu and Rainn Wilson . It was first screened at the Sundance Film Festival, but there is no word on a release date for the film. After the tragic loss of his mother, T.J. ( Devin Brochu ) and his pill popping father ( Rainn Wilson ) are forced to live with T.J.'s elderly grandmother ( Piper Laurie ). A young man with a troubled past named Hesher ( Joseph Gordon-Levitt ) assumes the role as both mentor and tormentor, leading T.J into troubles he could never have imagined. A young grocery clerk named Nicole ( Natalie Portman ) steps in to protect T.J., and becomes the object of T.J.'s fantasies, while Hesher moves into Grandma's home. I Am Number 4 Movie Review By: SandwichJohn I went into this film hoping for more than I got. The movie was directed D. J. Caruso ( Disturbia ) , produced by Michael Bay (You think Action throughout) and a cast that starred Alex Pettyfer, Timothy Olyphant, Teresa Palmer, Dianna Agron, Kevin Durand, and Callan McAuliffe . But that was pretty much it. All the action was shown during the trailer. You would think by now we would figure that out, but sometimes you are hoping for more. You have to dream. There sure were some questions I had about this film while watching it, like why in the hell would a race from outer space need to drive a car? Robert Downey Jr . is making plans to fill the fall hole in his schedule with the lead role in Inherent Vice for writer-director Paul Thomas Anderson . Anderson has been working on a screenplay adaptation of the 2009 Thomas Pynchon novel while trying to get another film -- an untitled exploration of a religious organization sometimes referred to as The Master -- off the ground. Once Downey dropped out of Disney's Oz, the Great and Powerful last month, it freed him to do another movie later this year after he shoots The Avengers for Marvel and Disney. His commitment to Anderson's movie has recently grown serious. Vice is a comparatively accessible Pynchon work that tells the story of a stoner detective who gets wrapped up in a number of mysteries in 1969 L.A. while the Manson Family trial growls in the background. Downey, who last starred in Due Date and Iron Man 2, has wrapped filming on Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows for director Guy Ritchie and Warner Bros. T

Deadline is reporting that there is heightened interest in Kevin Costner for a key role in the Superman reboot that is being directed by Zack Snyder for Warner Bros and Legendary Pictures. Henry Cavill was recently set in the Man of Steel role. I'm not exactly sure what role Costner is likely to play, but he has certainly been in good guy mode lately. Latinoreview is reporting that Costner will be playing Jonathan  Kent , Superman's Daddy. Beyond his performance in the John Wells-directed The Company Men , Costner surfaced as an unlikely hero in aiding the cleanup in the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. British Petroleum purchased over 30 centrifuge machines which separate oil from water, technology that was developed with a reported $24 million in funding by the actor over 15 years. Kloves previously adapted Michael Chabon's Wonder Boys and is one of two credited screenwriters on something called The Amazing Spider-Man , but he's probably best known for having beaten every single Harry Potter novel (apart from The Order of the Phoenix) into movie shape. Yesterday during Nascar Daytona 500 a new Transformers: Dark of the Moon trailer was unleashed. Pretty much the same one we have seen before with a few new scenes. In another win for Liam Neeson and his adult fans, Warner Bros. and Dark Castle Entertainment's action-thriller Unknown scored a surprise victory in besting Alex Pettyfer teen sci-fi adventure I Am Number Four at the President's Day box office. But overall, the downturn at the domestic box office continued, with revenues off 30% from President's Day weekend last year (which fell a week earlier). Unknown opened to an estimated $21.8 million from 3,043 theaters through Sunday, according to Rentrak. It's on target to gross around $26 million for the four-day holiday weekend. A resounding 89% of the audience was over the age of 25 -- and 54% over the age of 50. Neeson scored a similar victory with Taken, distributed by Fox.
